ผู้นำเสนอผลงาน สามารถเลือกตีพิมพ์ในเอกสารสืบเนื่องงานประชุม ตามเงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดของกองบรรณาธิการ งานประชุมวิชาการเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ – วิจัย สายมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ ครั้งที่ 12

ผู้นำเสนอผลงาน สามารถเลือกไม่ตีพิมพ์ในเอกสารสืบเนื่องงานประชุมวิชาการเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ – วิจัย สายมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ ครั้งที่ 12 แต่ยังสามารถส่งบทความเพื่อรับข้อเสนอแนะจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิได้

ผู้นำเสนอผลงาน สามารถเลือกตีพิมพ์ในวารสารที่เป็นเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ – วิจัย สายมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ ที่ยินดีรับพิจารณาบทความ
อย่างไรก็ดี เงื่อนไข ข้อกำหนดและระยะเวลา (บางวารสารอาจมีระยะการตอบรับตีพิมพ์มากกว่า 3 – 6 เดือน หรือมากกว่านั้น) รวมถึงการตอบรับการตีพิมพ์บทความ จะขึ้นอยู่กับการตัดสินของวารสารนั้นๆ โดยสิ้นเชิง คณะผู้จัดงานประชุมวิชาการเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ – วิจัย สายมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ ครั้งที่ 12 จะไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในกระบวนการการตอบรับการตีพิมพ์ นอกจากนี้ หากวารสารที่ผู้นำเสนอเลือกลงตีพิมพ์ มีค่าใช้จ่ายในการตีพิมพ์ ผู้นำเสนอจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมด ด้วยตนเอง
ทั้งนี้ หากผู้นำเสนอผลงานถูกปฏิเสธการตีพิมพ์จากวารสารนั้นๆ จะไม่สามารถขอรับการตีพิมพ์ในเอกสารสืบเนื่องงานประชุมของงานประชุมวิชาการเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ – วิจัย สายมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ ครั้งที่ 12 ได้
หากผู้นำเสนอผลงาน ไม่มานำเสนอผลงานในวันจัดงานประชุม โดยไม่มีเหตุผลอันควร (คณะผู้จัดงานประชุมทั้ง 3 คณะจะเป็นผู้พิจารณา) จะไม่สามารถตีพิมพ์ผลงานใน Proceedings และ วารสารของเครือข่ายโดยใช้สิทธิจากงานประชุม HUSOC 12 ได้

Each presenter may choose to publish a qualified paper with the conference proceedings according to rules and conditions of the editorial board of the proceedings of HUSOC 12.

Each presenter may choose not to publish their paper with the conference proceedings. Nonetheless, they can still submit their paper for conference peer reviews.

Each presenter may choose to publish their paper with one of the journals belongs to the institutions within the International Humanities and Social Sciences (HUSOC) network. All decisions regarding the acceptance of the paper publication will entirely belong to each journal (some journals might take more than 6 months for publication process). The HUSOC 12 Committee will not interfere with the decision making of the acceptance of the paper publication. Furthermore, if the chosen journal has any fees regarding the publication, each presenter will have to be responsible for all costs by themselves. If the presenter’s paper is rejected by the chosen journals, the presenter cannot request to publish their paper in the 12th HOSUC conference proceedings.
If presenters do not show up and present their papers according to the schedule on the conference days, their papers will not be considered to be published in the proceedings or any journals from the HUSOC network under the quota of HUSOC 12
